Be Part of Habitat Roanoke’s 40th Anniversary Community House
For 40 years, Habitat for Humanity in the Roanoke Valley has brought people together to build homes, communities and hope.
Now, as we celebrate four decades of service, we are asking the Roanoke Valley to help us complete something special: the 40th Anniversary Community House at 715 Bullitt Avenue.
The Community House is not a community center. It is a Habitat home being funded by the community through neighbors, families, churches, businesses and friends who believe everyone deserves the opportunity for safe, affordable homeownership.
Our goal is to raise $100,000 through community investment, and we have already reached 50% of that goal.
But with only three months remaining, we need the community's help to raise the final $50,000 and fully fund the house.
We are looking for 200 Community Partners to invest $500 each. At $125 per square foot, a $500 Community Partnership represents four square feet of the home.
Want to do more? You can invest in eight square feet for $1,000, 12 square feet for $1,500, or any number of square feet that is meaningful to you. Every gift moves the Community House closer to completion.
Habitat Roanoke has spent four decades helping local families build strength, stability and independence through affordable homeownership. The Community House gives all of us a tangible way to become part of that work.
We are halfway there. Now we need your help to finish the house.
