The vast majority of our annual income directly supports our home building projects. We work very hard to keep fundraising and administrative costs down, with over 92 cents of every dollar going directly to construction costs and family services program expenses.  You can rest assured that your donation will directly support our efforts to provide homes for our neighbors who need decent affordable housing right here in the Roanoke Valley.

“Perhaps the question is not, “Can we afford to provide decent housing and basic services for all humans?” Rather, it is, “Can we, the human species, afford not to?” —Dr. Greg Goldstein, World Health Organization, Geneva, Switzerland

A Homeowner’s Testimonial:

“You all are the only organization in Roanoke that didn’t turn its back on me, and I feel like I’ll always be indebted to you. Because of Habitat for Humanity in the Roanoke Valley, I have a home that I never would have gotten – because my life was such a struggle. You all have made my life!”
